System Five are delighted to have recently renewed our service and maintenance contract for a further year at 2 Stephen Street, the Central London head office of The Office Group (TOG).
TOG has an impressive portfolio across the UK and Germany, comprising more than 60 distinctive workspaces and over 3.2 million sq. ft. of high-quality office accommodation.
Working on behalf of ARC Controls, our dedicated Service Team will continue to support the site’s Centraline-based BEMS and associated plant, helping to keep the building operating at peak performance.
Regular servicing and maintenance ensures:
- consistent comfort conditions for occupants
- optimal energy efficiencyand reduced running costs
- early identification of faults before they become disruptive or costly
- reliable compliance with operational and sustainability objectives
Our experienced engineers will carry out six scheduled service visits per year, combining proactive maintenance with system optimisation. This approach helps protect the long-term performance of the building, supports TOG’s operational standards, and ensures the control system continues to deliver value year after year.
