Appointed to the project by Knight Harwood, System Five were proud to join an exceptional team led by Stiff + Trevillion Architects and W.RE to deliver the building’s Trend Control Systems-based Building Energy Management System.
Our engineers designed and implemented a BEMS solution overseeing ventilation, water services, VRF, downflow units and associated plant, alongside comprehensive energy management functionality.
While often unseen, intelligent building controls play a pivotal role in projects of this nature, enabling performance, efficiency and long-term sustainability, all while respecting the character and integrity of a historic structure.
