We recently attended a Commercial Awareness training session delivered by RCC Limited, focused on managing progress under pressure.
One of the key reminders was that successful project delivery rarely comes down to complicated contractual arguments or high-level theory. More often, it’s the fundamentals that make the difference.
As highlighted during the session:
