System Five are proud to have renewed our contract as the incumbent BEMS service and maintenance provider for four schools-Cumberland Community School, Lea Valley Academy, Starks Field Primary School and Tottenhall Infant School, across the London Boroughs of Newham and Enfield.
We’re delighted to continue working in partnership with Pinnacle Group Limited, who have a strong and well-established track record in delivering facilities management services within the education sector, supporting both operational efficiency and community wellbeing.
The experienced engineers in the System Five Service Team carry out regular planned preventative maintenance (PPM), compliance checks and responsive remedial works across the Trend Control Systems BEMS installed in each school, ensuring that building systems continue to operate safely, efficiently and reliably.
